Rockville Estates is a beautiful, family-oriented, community located in Perry County in the borough of Marysville, PA. The 85-home community consisting of phases 1 and 2 of the original Rockville Estates Community plan features wooded surroundings and is located on the mountain just south of the borough and comprises Kittochtinny Drive, Stone Arch Drive, and a portion of Rockville Boulevard.

The Rockville Estates Homeowners Association consists of all homeowners in the community and is governed by an elected Board of Directors drawn from residents in the community who are committed to consistently maintaining a high standard of living, appearance, and property value within our community.
We created this website to be a resource for your inquiries including contacting the Board of Directors and Committees, providing easy access to governing documents, bylaws, covenants, forms and communication, annual dues payment, community surveys, and upcoming events.
Access to some content is restricted to homeowners of phase 1 and 2 only (Kittochtinny Dr, Stone Arch Dr, and the 100 block of Rockville Blvd). If you are a resident of one of these phases of the community and do not have an account, please click on the registration button at the top of the page. By keeping your information on this site up to date, it will greatly assist the Board of Directors in communicating with you about important matters in the community.
NOTE: For our neighbors from phases 3, 4 and 5 (Stuart Ct, Morleton Ave, High Point Drive, and the 200 block of Rockville Blvd), while we welcome you to view the public content here, please note that you are a member of a different HOA, The Point at Rockville, and while our neighborhoods are aligned on many practices, your property is subject to different HOA policies, rules, and regulations.
